Outreach & Involvement
My community outreach activities have been diverse and impactful, reflecting my commitment to making a difference in various spheres. From contributing to the organizational efficiency of an Argentine healthcare clinic by creating a comprehensive database to providing musical accompaniment at my church, I've demonstrated my dedication to service. Additionally, volunteering on panels aimed at offering guidance to first-generation Latino students has allowed me to share my experiences and provide support to those navigating similar paths. These activities collectively underscore my passion for community engagement and my desire to positively impact the lives of others.
Argentine Healthcare Clinic
During my time studying abroad in Argentina, I had the incredible opportunity to intern at a healthcare clinic in Cordoba. My role was to introduce a new database system, specifically designed to improve the organization and management of new-patient information. This hands-on experience was truly valuable as I was able to utilize my skills in database management and directly contribute to the clinic's daily operations. Not only did I gain practical skills, but I also had the chance to compare and contrast private clinics in the USA with those in Argentina. This gave me valuable insights into different healthcare practices and systems, particularly in contrasting cultural contexts. As a result, my comprehension of global healthcare dynamics significantly expanded, and I grew professionally as I adapted to the challenges of working in a cross-cultural environment.

Church Piano Accompaniment
I am honored to have the opportunity to serve as a volunteer pianist for my local church. Through my musical abilities, I have had the chance to enrich worship services and personally contribute to the spiritual community. With every chance I get to share my love for music, I am filled with immense joy and fulfillment. As I near graduation, I eagerly look forward to deepening my involvement and connection with the congregation through regular piano performances at my church.

Mentoring to First-Generation Latino Students
I am thrilled to be a part of the "Health for the Hispanic Community" course at Clemson University, where I have the chance to not only learn and grow, but also actively contribute to the development and success of first-generation Latino youth. As someone who is deeply passionate about community engagement, I see this opportunity as a perfect fit for my personal values and goals. With great enthusiasm, I will be participating in panels where I can offer guidance, share my own experiences, and provide support to these students as they navigate their unique educational and personal journeys. I am eager to not only support these aspiring youth, but also to learn from them and gain valuable insights that will contribute to my own growth as well. I am excited to see the positive impact of this experience on both the students and myself, fostering mutual growth and empowerment within the Latino community.
